Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do on Zelo, operated by LGX2RICHARDS, LLC ("Zelo," "we," "us"). It is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Service. By using Zelo you agree to this AUP. We may update it at any time; continued use means acceptance.
Zelo lets you save, organize, and share links to content located elsewhere. You are responsible for everything you save, publish, link to, or display through Zelo, including the preview images and metadata that appear on your profile. Linking to content through Zelo does not relieve you of responsibility for it.
1. Zero-tolerance: content involving minors
You may never save, post, link to, display, distribute, request, or promote any content that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes a minor, or that depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive manner. This is absolute and includes real, simulated, drawn, animated, computer-generated, or AI-generated material, and "age-play" or any attempt to portray minors sexually.
If we become aware of such content, we will remove it, terminate the responsible account, preserve relevant records, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law. We cooperate fully with investigations. Do not use Zelo to attempt to contact, groom, exploit, or harm a minor in any way.
2. Other prohibited content and conduct
You may not save, post, link to, display, distribute, or promote content that:
- —Is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or other regulated items in violation of law;
- —Facilitates, promotes, or advertises sex trafficking, the commercial sexual exploitation of any person, or sexual services offered in violation of law;
- —Depicts non-consensual sexual content or shares intimate images of a person without their consent (“revenge porn”);
- —Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights;
- —Contains or distributes malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive links, or attempts to compromise accounts or systems;
- —Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group, or constitutes hate speech that incites violence or hatred on the basis of a protected characteristic;
- —Promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- —Reveals another person’s private or identifying information without authorization (“doxxing”);
- —Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including impersonating others or materially misrepresenting yourself (for example, falsifying follower counts or affiliations); or
- —Otherwise violates the Terms of Service or applicable law.
You also may not scrape the Service, circumvent its technical limits or access controls, resell access, or use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our systems.
3. Adult and sexually explicit content
Current policy: At this time, Zelo does not permit sexually explicit or pornographic content. This includes links whose primary purpose is sexually explicit material, sexually explicit preview images or thumbnails displayed on your profile, and sections or profiles primarily dedicated to such material.
We have adopted this restriction while we build the age-verification, content-labeling, and moderation systems needed to host adult content responsibly and in compliance with our payment providers' rules. We may introduce a dedicated, age-restricted framework for lawful adult content in the future. Until we expressly announce such a framework, sexually explicit content is prohibited. Nudity in clearly artistic, educational, scientific, or news contexts may be permitted at our discretion.
4. Monetization and payment red lines
Even where content is otherwise permitted, the following content may never be used with Zelo's paid, payout, or sponsorship features — including Zelo Pro perks tied to payment, locked or paid sections, brand deals, sponsored placements, and any funds processed or disbursed through Stripe or Stripe Connect:
- —Adult or sexually explicit content;
- —Any content prohibited under Sections 1 and 2; and
- —Any content prohibited by our payment providers' terms.
Sponsored and brand-deal placements must comply with this AUP in full, and the specific section or content that is sponsored must be free of adult and otherwise-prohibited material, regardless of the rest of a creator's profile.
5. Your responsibilities
- —You must be 18 or older to use Zelo.
- —You must have the rights necessary to link to and display the content you save and publish.
- —You must not misrepresent yourself or your reach, including any follower counts you enter.
- —You are responsible for keeping prohibited content off your profile, including preview images generated automatically from links you save.
6. Reporting violations
If you see content that violates this AUP, report it using the in-product report option or by emailing buildzelo@gmail.com. For content involving a minor, report it immediately; you may also contact NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. We review reports and take action we consider appropriate.
7. Enforcement
We are not obligated to monitor content, but we reserve the right to review it and to remove, label, age-gate, restrict, or disable access to any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without notice, for any violation of this AUP, the Terms, or applicable law. We may also limit, withhold, or reverse monetization where prohibited content is involved, and we may report violations to payment providers and law enforcement. Decisions are at our discretion.
